This stable and ergonomically-designed battery grip offers even more useful functions than the original Canon BG-E7. It provides for doubling the the battery capacity of your camera, effectively extending your shooting time. 
This battery grip is made of high-quality material and designed for the Canon EOS 7D . Furthermore the battery grip is coated with special material for waterproof (splashed water) and dustproof. 
It is a perfect replacement for the original Canon BG-E7. 
Li-ion battery LP-E6 as well as normal AA batteries can be used with this battery grip.
